Management Team

Based in Kline’s headquarters in Parsippany, NJ, Sunanda leads the Chemicals & Materials practice globally. She is responsible for Kline’s consulting business which spans multiple sectors of Specialty Chemicals & Materials including personal care, biopolymers, agrochemicals, biomedical materials / medical devices, CASE, pharmaceutical ingredients, and HI&I ingredients. She has oversight of Kline’s portfolio of data and market insight products, including Global Personal Care Ingredients, Agrochemicals, Industrials & Institutional Cleaning, Synthetic Latex Polymers and Pharmaceutical Excipients.

With nearly twenty years in consulting, Sunanda has specific functional expertise advising clients on operational strategies to enhance product and service offerings, increase market share and customer share of wallet, new ventures for market entry, assessment and enhancement of innovation processes and analysis of ideas and projects for the innovation pipeline.

Sunanda earned an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management – Erasmus University in The Netherlands, and a BS in Math/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. She lives with her husband and two children in New Jersey. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family.
