Job Description:

Kline & Company currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our Kline Management Consulting team as a full time consultant. The position will be based in our regional office in Prague. Our clients include many leading multinational and regional companies involved in the following sectors:

  • Agribusiness
  • Chemicals & Materials
  • Consumer Products
  • Energy/Petroleum
  • Industrial Goods & Services

As a consultant, your primary responsibility is to work as a team member on management consulting engagements.Other responsibilities:

  • Perform research and analysis necessary to complete consulting engagements
  • Conduct interviews with industry executives to obtain information for projects and document it in concisely written interview reports
  • Monitor significant industry trends through secondary sources and conduct primary research
  • Analyze primary and secondary research data and interpret findings in clear documents/reports
  • Design, write, and deliver client presentations

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Assertive and professional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • A strong team spirit
  • University degree in a technical field (preferably Chemical Engineering), an additional MBA is advantageous
  • At least two to three years of working experience, preferably in management consulting, chemicals, petroleum, cosmetics or healthcare
  • Fluent oral and written language skills in English and at least one major language (Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, German, Russian)
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multi-national team under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ideal candidate will be motivated and organized
