This report quantifies customer
satisfaction levels among golf course and lawn care professionals
with their pesticide suppliers. The study is based on more than
200 interviews and is designed to: (1) provide an understanding
of the key issues of importance to the golf course and lawn
care operator customer base; (2) quantify the relative importance
of purchase decision factors; and (3) compare and contrast perceptions
of each subscriber firm relative to its competition. The study
also includes feedback from pesticide distributors regarding
their suppliers. Major suppliers included in the analysis are
Bayer, Dow AgroSciences, and Syngenta. (Y566)
