    This study will exclude nebulizers, humidifiers, beauty devices, hair appliances, electronic thermometers, heating pads, massagers, powered toothbrushes, fitness devices, blood pressure monitors and cuffs, home diagnostic test kits including diabetes meters/strips, pregnancy test kits, ovulation test kits, teeth whitening devices, heart rate monitors, pedometers, and the like. This study will also exclude nonpowered self-care devices.
