Based in the Shanghai Office, Li Wang has been instrumental in the growth of the firm’s practice and activities within China and the entire Asia Pacific region. He manages consulting assignments for the region, imparting his significant skills and expertise to the execution of these engagements.
During his 9-year tenure with Kline, Mr. Wang has consulted with clients on both strategic and tactical issues across a variety of chemical and energy markets. Mr. Wang’s recent assignments include the formulation of a market entry strategy for a multinational fine chemical producer entering the Chinese market and conducting a detailed manufacturing economic analysis of local Chinese emulsion manufacturers.
Prior to joining Kline, Li worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over six years.
Mr. Wang has an MBA from Rutgers University. He received a M.S. in Chemistry from Rutgers University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Beijing University in China. He is fluent in Chinese.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and playing golf.
