Mr. Rebêlo is the Managing Director of Factor de Solução, which is Kline's affiliate company in Latin America. In this capacity, he is responsible for all consulting activities and client relations for Factor/The Kline Group in the region. Mr. Rebêlo has participated in and managed a variety of engagements for a wide range of industries/segments in over 10 countries.
His focus is on market-based strategy planning and helping companies to leverage their core competencies to maximize growth. This has involved creative approaches to defining market opportunities, innovative business development and disciplined analysis of organization and financial implications. He has also been involved in acquisition and divestiture analyses.
Prior to joining Factor, Mr. Rebêlo was a partner of Bichuetti Consultoria Empresarial, a leading Brazilian business consulting firm. He started his career at CITITRADING, acting in imports/exports funding projects.
Mr. Rebêlo holds a B. S. and M.B.A.(CEAG) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (SP – Brazil). Global MBA degree (Y05/07 ) by OneMBA -- Kenan-Flager Business School ( University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ) ; EGADE ( Tecnologico de Monterrey Graduate School of Business Administration ); Erasmus School of Business / Rotterdam School of Management and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish languages.
