Based in the Oxford UK office, Luca Raffellini is responsible for Kline’s promotion and delivery of management consulting services across our four industry practices, primarily in Europe and the Middle East.
With more than 17 years in specialty chemicals and polymers, Luca focuses on corporate and business strategy development for multinational clients, and on M&A assistance for both trade companies and financial firms. His main areas of expertise are pricing, sales & marketing, and the interface between technology projects and commercial activities.
Prior to joining Kline, Luca was head of global marketing for the Infineum group of companies, a joint-venture between ExxonMobil and Shell. Previously, he was the senior manager of Arthur D. Little Chemicals Practice in London, and held R&D and commercial positions with EniChem in Italy.
Luca is a Doctor of Chemistry, and has an MBA from Cranfield. He is currently on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, on the Communication Directors Business Board, and has been on the Business Competition Judging Panel of Oxford University.
