Scott Gould provides strategic consulting services to Kline’s clients in Europe as well as globally, and he splits his time between the London and Brussels offices.

Over the course of his career, Scott has accrued extensive experience in management consulting.  His functional expertise spans across areas such as mergers and acquisitions, organizational structuring, business growth strategy, operations excellence, supply chain performance improvement, and market opportunity analysis. From an industry perspective, Mr. Gould specializes in petroleum products, but he has also delivered successful projects to clients in chemicals, plastics, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Kline, Scott worked from 1999 to 2006 in Accenture's management consulting business, primarily within the Supply Chain Excellence and Strategy & Business Architecture practices. His projects covered many industries, including energy, chemicals, metals, forest products, utilities, and commodity exchanges.

Scott holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.
