Based in the Philadelphia Office, Howard Blum is primarily involved in Kline’s Chemicals and Materials consulting practice, with specific expertise in petrochemicals, intermediates, specialty chemicals, and polymers/elastomers.
With over 25 years of consulting experience, Howard has helped leading chemical and plastics companies worldwide to assess market opportunities, competitive position, technology practices and plan strategy. He also has a strong interest in assisting clients with Asia Pacific related issues and entry strategy.
Prior to joining Kline, Howard was with The Catalyst Group and Chem Systems, having responsibilities for running businesses in the Asia Pacific region.
He obtained his BA/BS in Chemistry from Miami University and an MBA in the chemical/pharma industry from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Howard is married with two children and enjoys skiing, music and the martial arts.
