Job Description:
Kline & Company is currently seeking professionals that understand the chemicals and materials industry to join its Management Consulting business in Oxford, UK, as full-time Consultants. The firm is seeking bright, enthusiastic, hard-working, and versatile individuals with the ability to work effectively across industry segments and service offerings.
As a member of the Management Consulting business, your primary responsibility will be to develop market, competitive, and technical information and insights for client engagements that support the critical and strategic decisions our clients are facing, mainly in the chemicals, materials, and energy industries.
Your role on the engagement team includes:
- Conducting research via primary interviews and secondary sources
- Assembling and analyzing all available data
- Synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendations
- Writing client reports and presentations
- Engaging in workshops or detailed project discussions
- Collaborating with counterparts or external Kline partners around the world to prepare and deliver client presentations
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a business or technical field and more than 5 years of experience in management consulting or pertinent industry roles. Candidates for technical positions will preferably have at least a B.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, or another technical field. All candidates must have good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
