Kline & Company is expanding its presence in Europe and is seeking highly motivated individuals for consideration as analysts in its Energy practice in its Prague office. Our Energy practice primarily focuses on conducting market research in the lubricant basestocks, finished lubricants, lubricant and fuel additives, waxes, process oils, and other specialty products in the downstream refining industry.
Job Description:
- Conduct primary market research, consisting of telephone and in-person interviews, combined with secondary market research pertaining to specific product categories within various countries
- Gather and analyze information, developing insights on market trends, suppliers, and forecasts
- Prepare written reports
Job Requirements:
- Market research experience; lubricant and related industry experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team
- Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
- European language skills a plus
- Good oral and written English language skills are required
- Affinity for conducting in-person or telephone interviews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
